I am debating if I am going to attend the AAPP seminar in FL in May. Barry I see you are teaching a class on best practices. Do you have any good info on this seminar that would persuade me and/or others to attend this year? Any other comments from AAPP officers/members may be beneficial. TaylorIP: Logged |

Where did you see I was teaching that? I am, but I didn't know it was advertised yet (unless you got your Journal already - I didn't), and I don't want to repeat what you can find elsewhere.I am teaching best practices on a few topics. I'll be using Don Krapohl's Powerpoint presentations. I've seen the list of speakers and topics, and it looks like it's going to be another good seminar. I'll tell you that there is nothing like the camaraderie you get at an AAPP seminar. I could almost say that I learn more from talking to people at the end of the day than I do in the classroom. What I gain from those types of conversations make the trips worthwhile. Plus I hear stat Jim and stat will be buying all food you can eat and the drinks to go with it each night except the banquet. Taylor,AAPP would not be the same without you! In conjunction with the AAPP Conference, we will be holding the first anual reunion of the "Outed Trolls Society" of which, you are a charter member. I hope to see you there in your W W costume. I will be easy to spot as I will be dressed as either a Hot Dog or a can of semi fluid cheese. Ted IP: Logged |

I'm booked and look forward to it. I upgraded my room to a St. John's River view where the room has full glass windows from floor to ceiling for an extra twenty bucks a night. The class schedule looks very informative. You can also take the water taxi from the hotel to many shops, restaurants, bars, etc.IP: Logged |

Ted, I forgot to mention I burned the WW suit (I had to after Eric's comments...lol). The closest thing you will see down there is me flashing some gang sign with both hands in the shape of a 'W W'. Okay I am actually getting hyped up and I think I will make a reservation! Taylor IP: Logged |

I am so envious of you people's ability to travel without having to sell your soul to your spouses. I have to give my wife backrubs for a week just to attend a big hot rod show this Sunday(Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!)in my own cotton pickin town. A trip alone to Florida?! Are you nuts?! Why don't I ask for a solo trip to Bali while I'm at it. "Have fun with the 3 kids dear, I have to surf and work on my tan... honey, could you drive me to the airport?" "HA! IP: Logged |

Stat I saw the picture posted of your wife. Go ahead and take your trip. I will provide her with the back rubs while you are gone. It is the least I can do.Ted IP: Logged |
